Information We Collect and Why

The information we handle depends on the service you ask us to provide and the settings you choose. We aim to collect only what is relevant to those tasks.

Contact and service details

This may include your name, phone number, email address, service address and messages to our team. We use it to respond, arrange an assessment or installation, manage your account and provide support.

Kept for: the time needed to handle your enquiry or service relationship, plus applicable record-keeping needs.

Household and setup information

You may provide your property type, device locations, household preferences, accessibility needs or details needed to configure a service. Share only information needed for the setup you want.

Used for: planning installation, personalising settings and supporting the household configuration you request.

Device, sensor and event data

Depending on the devices and features enabled, systems may process device identifiers, status, sensor events, alerts and dashboard summaries. The exact data depends on the product and its settings.

Used for: operating requested features, delivering alerts, troubleshooting faults and maintaining service security.

Caregiver and service-use information

If you set up care contacts, we may process their names and contact details, notification preferences and escalation instructions. Website and service logs may record interactions, settings changes and technical usage.

Used for: sending requested notifications, managing permissions, improving support and keeping systems safe.

Please tell household members and nominated caregivers about any monitoring or alerts that involve them. Avoid entering medical details unless the feature specifically asks for them and you understand why they are needed.

Storage, Service Providers, Transfers and Retention

Information is kept only while it is needed for the purposes described here, subject to legal, security and service requirements.

How long do we keep information?

There is no single retention period for every record. We consider the kind of data, why it was collected, how long a service remains active, whether a request or dispute is unresolved, and any applicable legal record-keeping duties. When information is no longer needed, we take steps to delete it or remove identifying details, where appropriate.

Who may handle it?

Service providers may process information for hosting, communications, technical support, security or payment tasks. We limit access to what is needed and expect providers to protect information under their service terms and applicable requirements.

Protection and staff access

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards suited to the information and the risks involved. These may include access controls, permissions based on work needs, secure transmission and review of system access.

No connected service can remove every risk. Keep account credentials private, use secure home network settings and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Service providers and other disclosures

We may share relevant information with providers that help deliver or support a requested service, and with professional advisers or public authorities where disclosure is required or permitted by law. We do not authorise service providers to use your personal data for their own unrelated purposes.

Where a household member or caregiver is nominated to receive an alert, we share the information needed to send that alert according to the settings you have chosen.

Transfers outside Singapore

Some providers may store or process information in other countries. Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we take steps required under applicable law to ensure a standard of protection comparable to the protection required under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

The locations and providers used can depend on the service configuration. Contact us if you need more detail about a particular service.

Retention and secure disposal

We review whether information is still needed for its stated purpose, service support, security, dispute handling or legal obligations. When it is no longer required, we arrange deletion or anonymisation using processes appropriate to the record and system.

Data Breach Handling, Cookies and Contact

We assess security concerns promptly and use website technologies only as needed to operate and understand the site.

If a data breach is suspected

We assess suspected incidents, take steps to contain them and investigate the information and people affected. Where Singapore law requires notification, we notify the Personal Data Protection Commission and affected individuals as required, with information about the incident and practical steps to take.

Cookies and similar technologies

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to support essential site functions, remember preferences or understand site use. You can manage cookies through your browser. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work. Where consent is required for a cookie or similar technology, we will seek it before use.

Responsible use of household AI

Device settings affect what a system senses and which alerts it sends. Review the controls with everyone in the home before enabling a monitoring feature. Read our Responsible AI guidance for a plain-language account of responsible household use.

Changes to this notice

We may update this policy when our services, data practices or legal duties change. The current version will appear on this page. Please review it before purchasing or enabling a new service feature.

This notice is prepared for review against Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Final wording and actual operating practices should be checked before publication. For questions about a product before purchase, contact our team.
