Website Use, Enquiries and Demonstrations
Use this website to learn about our services and contact our team. These technology service terms apply to website use and initial enquiries; a written service agreement may add or replace terms for a particular project.
Clause 1.1
Use the site responsibly
Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, or submit material that is unlawful or misleading. Website descriptions are general information and may change as products, software and supplier specifications change.
Clause 1.2
Give accurate enquiry details
When you contact us, provide current contact details and a fair description of the home, devices and household needs involved. Tell us about relevant access limits, existing equipment and property requirements before an assessment.
Clause 1.3
Demonstrations are exploratory
A demonstration or home assessment helps both sides discuss suitability and scope. It is not a confirmed order or a promise that a device will work in every home; availability depends on scheduling, location and the equipment under review.
Clause 1.4
Confirm an order in writing
No project is booked until the proposed scope, price and relevant service conditions are confirmed in writing by the parties. Ask us to clarify any assumption before approving a quotation.
Home automation terms and conditions depend on the devices selected and the work agreed. The written quotation or service agreement is the place to check exact prices, timing and cancellation rules.
Access and permissions. You must arrange safe access to the home at the agreed time, make suitable power and network access available where required, and tell us about building rules that affect the work. For an HDB flat or other managed property, you are responsible for checking approvals or permissions that apply to the proposed installation.
Scope changes. An assessment may show that additional work, equipment or configuration is needed. We will describe any proposed change and its price for your written approval before carrying out work outside the agreed scope.
Subscriptions and payment. If a recurring service or subscription applies, its fee, billing cycle, included features and renewal or end date will be stated in the written terms provided for that service. Pay any agreed amount by the due date shown on the applicable invoice or agreement.
Cancellation and rescheduling. Check the booking confirmation for notice periods, charges and rescheduling steps. If no specific rule has been agreed in writing, contact the team as soon as possible; a missed visit may need to be rebooked, subject to availability and any reasonable costs disclosed before confirmation.
Keep the written confirmation. It records the terms for your project.
A connected home relies on equipment, software and networks that can change. These elderly monitoring service terms set out practical limits; they do not promise uninterrupted operation or continuous supervision.
Clause 3.1
Compatibility has limits
Device features may depend on your router, phone, operating system, account settings and third-party platforms. Manufacturers can change or end products, firmware, integrations or support, which may affect compatibility after installation.
Clause 3.2
Service can be interrupted
Power cuts, internet outages, maintenance, supplier interruptions or software faults can limit availability. Keep devices maintained and follow the manufacturer's instructions. We will not describe a connected feature as continuously available unless a written agreement expressly says so.
Clause 3.3
Use sensible safeguards
Secure your home network and device accounts, keep access credentials private, and tell us if a device is moved or household circumstances change in a way that affects setup. Do not rely on an alert or automated routine as your only safety measure.
Clause 3.4
Liability for legal review
Any exclusion or limit of liability must be set out in the applicable written agreement and interpreted subject to Singapore law. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Website materials. Website text, design, graphics and other materials belong to Vista Family Tech or their respective rights holders. You may view them for personal evaluation of our services.
Do not reproduce, publish, modify or commercially reuse website materials without written permission from the relevant rights holder, except where applicable law permits that use. Product names and marks remain the property of their owners.
These website terms Singapore visitors use are intended to be read alongside the privacy policy and any written project agreement. The final legal review should confirm the governing-law and dispute-resolution wording before publication.
This page is prepared for legal review, not as a substitute for the signed terms of a specific installation or subscription. If a written agreement for your service differs from this general page, ask the team which terms apply before proceeding.
